1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Services Provided
Chel Solutions provides marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, web design, and business automation. Specific service details and deliverables will be outlined in separate service agreements or project proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, information, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project success. Failure to provide required information may result in project delays or additional costs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final custom web design and marketing creatives produced specifically for them. Chel Solutions retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, and underlying technology used to deliver the services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
